Competitor Communication Analysis
Most brand research studies the market. This framework studies the conversation: the messaging, tone, visual language and advertising narratives competitor use to shape perception. The goal is not to understand what they sell. It is to understand what they promise and how they say that.
What emerges goes deeper than competitive positioning. By studying how competitors speak and what emotion they target, patterns of consumer behavior and unspoken audience needs rise to the surface.
